Why can't I edit data in Dive Log DT

Hi,
I bought Dive Log DT from the mac app store to be able to edit my dives on my mac.
Since I'm starting a new log book, what I did is the following :
- import my diving computer data to the mac using macdive
- import from macdive to dive log DT
- synchronize dives betweem dive log DT and iOS dive log (iPad version)
- edit/enrich my dives on the ipad
- resynchronize with my mac
at this step, Dive log DT seems to be in read-only mode : I can't edit enything and the preference menu is greyed out.
As if I bought the free version ?!
What should I do now ?
