Hi Steven,
It looks like you have purchased the product "MacDive" and not one of our products (Dive Log Manager or DiveLogDT) for your Mac. We do not make MacDive and have not association with the developer of MacDive so I will need to redirect you to their website/forum for assistance with MacDive (
https://www.mac-dive.com). I'm sure that the MacDive team can get you going with their product (they should be able to send you a new license based on the email address that you originally used to purchase their product.
On the iPhone side we have an application called "Dive Log" that is available on the iOS App Store (MacDive also offers an iOS app and I'm not sure if that is what you are using or if you are using our product).
If you are using Dive Log it would be helpful if you could provide a bit more information about what you mean by "it has crashed". Do you tap the Dive Log icon on your iPhone home screen and then have it attempt to start and then not start or do you not see the Dive Log icon on your home screen at all? If it is the later, then it is likely that you do not have it currently installed on your iPhone. This can happen if you explicitly remove Dive Log from your iPhone or if you upgrade you iPhone and choose not to transfer your data from a previous iPhone. In both cases your data will be removed for Dive Log (and all other apps) and you will need to restore it from your MacDive instance. To see if you have a license for Dive Log on your iPhone (or MacDive) you can start the App Store app and tap on the account icon in the upper right hand corner. Then tap on "Purchases" and then look for the app in question in the list. If you see the app listed and it shows the cloud download icon instead of an "Open" button then the app is not currently installed and you will need to install it (tap the cloud download icon) and then upload your logbook again from MacDive.
BTW, we do not have any account associated with any of our products and do not use a username or password for any of our services. I will edit your original post to remove that information as I don't think you want to be sharing passwords on public forums.
I hope this helps get you pointed in the right direction.
Cheers,
Greg
