Sure, we can certainly try. First, can we get a little more information:
First, Do you see all the dives from the dive computer in the top half of the window and does all the information from the manifest look correct?
Then, when you select a dive from the list, and then "Import" it into your logbook, do you get any errors or does it appear to work?
And then last, when you go back to the "Dives" panel and look at the dive, are the basic dive details correct? Like Dive Date and Time, Dive Length, and Max Depth?
If all that looks fine but you are still not seeing a dive profile, could you email us the Download log files from your last Download attempt? You can do this by going to the main DiveLogDT menu, select "Preferences". Then click on the "Support" tab. Then in the top section titled "Send Download Logs for:", select "Shearwater" from the menu and then click the "Email to Support" button. A new email message will get created with the needed files added as an attachment. We'll take a look at them and see what we can learn.
Cheers,
Janice

Hello
1) Yes i see the list of dives using download button (low energy)
correct information
2) Yes I select 1 or 2 dives for testing and then click on import button
Dive Date and Time, Dive Length, and Max Depth are correct
but still no graph
3) I have just sent the mail to the Support with the logfiles
waiting your feedback.
Thanks

Just to follow up on what you sent via email, I suspect that the location you stored your "Backup" version of the logbook did not have write permission. So the download happened, you imported into your logbook, but DiveLogDT could not save the dive into the logbook file itself. I've seen this sometimes when using a Cloud service. If you see it again, make sure the logbook file is in a local folder on your Mac.
