Not sure if this is already possible (haven't found it), but I would love the ability to reverse sort the dives list.

No, unfortunately it is not currently possible to reverse sort the dives list. This is something that I'm looking to add and hope to have in a future update.
One trick that people sometimes miss is that you can navigate quickly to the start of the list or the end of the list with a single tap. To get to the start of the list, simply tap the iPhone's status bar (that shows the time, battery and network status). This will work in most apps that use a table to immediately scroll to the top of the list. I've added an additional feature when you tap the "title" of the Navigation bar (i.e. where it says "Dives 1-230") the table will immediately scroll to the end of the list. The "end of the list" scrolling is not a standard iOS interaction so it will only work in Dive Log for the various lists of dives (for example it also works in Statistics when viewing a list of dives that match a certain criteria).
I hope that helps in the mean time until I can add additional sorting options. Thank you for the input on the new feature. I really appreciate hearing what is important to users as it makes it much easier to prioritize my development efforts.
Cheers,
Greg

Thanks for the tip on tapping the navigation bar. That will definitely suffice!

Can you please add a setting for reverse sort. Shouldn't be so hard to. Would be nice to have this after 12 years since this feature was requested

Yep, everything is easy to ask for ... can be a little more difficult to implement

... seriously though, I appreciate the reason that you would like to have this feature but it has been a lower priority because most user that ask for it have been satisfied with the various options to navigate the dive list in its current form. Dive Log was originally designed a long time ago (when iOS had much more limited options) and the main dive list is well past due for a rewrite. The plan is to make the display order option along with a lot of other features part of this rewrite. Unfortunately, other higher priority issues have tended to push this rewrite down the priority list.
Thanks for reminding me about the lasting desire for this feature. I do actually appreciate it.
Cheers,
Greg
