No graph from Suunto Eon Core after importing MacDive Database

Hi,
I'm currently testing Divelog. I imported my MacDive database. I noticed that the graphs aren't transferring completely. The graphs from my Suunto Cobra computer are there, but those from my Suunto Eon Core are missing. How can I change this?
Thanks
Eric

Hi Eric,
This is somewhat expected. At some point in the past, MacDive started to encrypt the profile data in a way that we have been unable to decrypt. I see it on almost all Shearwater computer dive profile data, but have not yet seen it on other manufacturers like Suunto. If you would like to email us your MacDive sqlite file to our support email address, we'll take a look and see whether or not it is encrypted or whether there is some other problem parsing it.
There are a couple of other solutions:
1) Your Eon Core holds a lot of data. You can download your dive computer and then when you are adding dives to the logbook, just select the existing dive number in the logbook WITHOUT the dive profile as the dive to add it to. The profile data from the dive computer will be merged into what you have already logged for that Dive number. You can do multiple dives at a time by manually selecting the desired dives from the dive computer, and then selecting the "first" dive in the logbook that they should all be merged with sequentially by Dive number. (NOTE: dive computer DOWNLOAD support is only available in DiveLogDT, not the free DiveLogManager)
2) You can try exporting your dives from MacDive in UDDF format. Both DiveLogDT and DiveLogManager can IMPORT from the UDDF format. It "may" not contain all the data you want, but it will contain the dive profile data.
3) Do you also use Suunto DM5? If so, DiveLogDT / DiveLogManager can Import from that format on your Mac into a DiveLogDT/DiveLogManager/Dive Log compatible logbook. This is available in the macOS free version, DiveLogManager.
