Hello Fuzzy!
What is this for in the dive details section?
This is short for Repetitive Dive Number. If this is "2", then this means that the dive is the second dive in a series of repetitive dives. The definition of what is a repetitive dive is really up to you. And perhaps your dive computer. One definition is "still have residual nitrogen". Another might be "within 24 hours". Another might be "on a dive trip". Training organizations like PADI, SSI etc will also have their definitions, but as far as DLM is concerned, it's up to you. It's the same field in both Dive Log and Dive Log Manager.
Is there a move to support SUNTO computers?
Yes. Most certainly. Right now, you can download the Free MacOS Suunto DM4 software from Suunto and use it to download your Suunto computer. And then you can use Dive Log Manager to import from the Suunto DM4 logbook. You can import from the logbook database directly, or import from the XML files that it exports. This works exactly the same way it would if we *did* support downloading Suunto dive computers directly, but it takes 2 steps instead of happening in 1 step. We know 1 step would be better, but 2 steps is better than nothing and Suunto already went to all that work to support all their various models of dive computers, so we might as well take advantage of it!

Cheers,
Janice
