I have imported all my dives from my IPhone version, then I have bought the full version of your program. But when I have changed the settings from metric to imperial the information was changed to metric only on Summary page (but on the Details and Environment pages it is still imperial - so it is quite difficult to change any information). When will it be solved?
Some more information - it is still an old version of your software on the recently released AppStore and there is no information about the new versions of it available. I have bought it through the AppStore and then had to delete and reinstall the new version from your site.
Sincerely,
Dmitry
Still metric/imperial problem
Re: Still metric/imperial problem
Dmitry,
We are so sorry for the problems and confusion with this. The full/paid version of the application on the Mac App Store is actually called "Dive Log DT" and the version number is 4.0.0. I just double checked and was not able to duplicate the problem you described at all and it seems to be working fine.
I just looked it up though, and it seems you did not purchase from the Mac App Store (MAS), but purchased from our More Mobile Software (MMS) website directly. So you should be running Dive Log Manager 2.1.2. I was at first not able to duplicate your problem, but now I see what the problem is. Changing the units on one tab after another tab has already been shown will sometimes (but not always) not redisplay it in the new units. I know that sounds confusing, but it doesn't really matter. The temporary solution for you will be to change the units again. So if the Details or Environment tab is not showing the units correctly, then change it to the other and then again change it back to the original and the values should update appropriately. Please try this and let us know if this works as a solution for you.
So sorry for the problem and we will have this bug fixed in our next release.
Thanks for your understanding,
Janice
