Air consumption profile

Post by VincentG »

Hello,

I've been using DLM with Dive Log on my ipad for a while and I love them !
Now, I bought a suunto vyper air with an air transmitter few month ago. Today there is only the in and out tank pressure imported from DM4. Is there a chance that the full air consumption profile be imported and displayed too ?

Cheers

Hello Vincent!

Well, we *think* we're importing the pressure profile data from DM4 and it works for the models we've tested. I would think that it's the same for all models but maybe that's wrong! So you see pressure profile data inside DM4? And then you import into DLM and no pressure profile data? If this is the case, then we'd like to get a copy of your DM4 database. Please contact us at support at moremobilesoftware dot com and we'll tell you were to find the DM4 database and how to send it to us.

But ... I'll note a couple of things FYI. There is no support yet in Dive Log to show pressure profile data so it could be in the database but you just can't see it. Also, the free version of Dive Log Manager shows just the dive summary and a small profile image. In order to see the additional profiles, you'll need the licensed version and use the "profile tab" in order to see them.

Let us know if you need to send us your DM4 database.
Cheers,
Janice

Thanks for the fast answer Janice.
That's it, I'm using the free version at the moment, I'm going to buy a licence soon then :D

Next question, any chance to see these profiles in in future versions of Dive Log?

Absolutely. It's already on the "to do" list. It's just a matter of working it in :-)
Thanks,
Janice
