Impossible to import JTRAK files

Hi,

I try to import approximatively 350 dives from JTRAK files, the wheels turns closest the "LogBook" button during several minutes (10 or 15 minutes) but no dives are imported.

Sorry that you are having trouble. A couple of questions:

1. What version of Dive Log Manager/Dive Log DT are you running?
2. What version of JTrak are you running?
3. Just to confirm - do you see the popup window asking you to select which JTrak logbook to load the dives from?

We may have you send us your jtrak.script file for us to try out here. If you know where it is located, then you can send it to us at support at moremobilesoftware dot com. Otherwise, we'll tell you where to find it so you can send it to us.

Thank for you answer, I use the following versions :

1. Dive Log DT 4.4.1

2. JTrak 1.2.4

3. Yes I see the pop up with the name of my logbook.

I send you by mail my jtrak file.
