I realize it's beta software right now, but the iCloud sync is not working on iOS 7 (I have the latest beta installed on my iPad mini). Works great with my iPad retina with iOS 6.x (whatever the latest version is).
I just wanted to mention it in case there are some API changes with iOS 7 (shouldn't be but weirder things have happened!)...
iCloud sync not working on iOS 7 beta
Re: iCloud sync not working on iOS 7 beta
Hi Andy,
Thanks for the heads up.
I am not currently having any issues with Dive Log's iCloud syncing under iOS 7 beta (although I don't doubt that issues might exist). There are cases where iCloud synching has been a problem on various shipping versions of iOS and is all the cases (so far) the issue has been related in some way to iCloud (specifically the iCloud Documents & Data support) on a specific device. If you are not seeing your iCloud logbooks on your iOS 7 device, the issue maybe with the iCloud itself. Here is a slightly long posting in response to one user that was having issues with iCloud syncing on one device and not another: http://www.divinglog.de/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=2095.
The most common solution is to simply turn Off the iCloud Documents & Data switch the Settings App on your device under:
Settings App->iCloud->Documents & Data->Documents & Data = Off
and then turn it back On again. The above link has a number of other things that you can check as well.
If the issue you are seeing is different than the above and you'd like to email me (support 'at' moremobilesoftware 'dot' com) the details I'd love to have the opportunity to address the issues before iOS7 is generally available.
Thanks again for sharing your experiences.
Cheers,
Greg
