It's been a few years since I went diving and I'm trying to set up DiveLogDT and my Pro Plus 2 on a new mac laptop. The software detects the USB cable but fails to download from the dive computer - is there anything I'm missing (drivers, etc.)? Anyone have any luck recently?
Thanks!

Replying to myself...
So, after rebooting my laptop, it works. I did download a driver from http://www.mac-dive.com/devices.php which may have had something to do with it, but ... who knows?
Odd.

Sometimes, even Mac's need to be rebooted
The FTDI kernel drivers (that Mac Dive directed you to) are optional. You "shouldn't" need them but since all the other logbook software on the Mac requires them, we also have to work with them as well as our own. It doesn't really make any difference whether you use them or not in this particular case.
Either way, glad that it's working for you now.
