Download no longer shows new dives

I'm on a dive trip, and have been successfully downloading dives from by Aqua Lung i550. After a few more dives, I tried to download, but nothing was shown in the dive list, even after selecting All Dives.

I dive with a backup D4i, so I tried downloading the dives from there. Once again, no dives showed up with either After Dive # or All Dives selected.

What should I try to get my recent dives downloaded?

Sounds very odd. Can you please email us the Download logs from your latest download attempt of both the i550 and the D4i?

Preferences -> Support
- in the top section select Pelagic and then "Email to Support"; then select Suunto and Email to Support

For anyone stumbling across this thread later, I sent the logs to tech support. Janice got back to me with several thoughts, one of which was to reboot the Macintosh. It seemed unlikely, but I gave it a try. I don't know what the root cause of the problem was, but the reboot did fix it.
