Download unable

Hi,
I use the Uwatec Smart com .The IRDA Dongle is connected to an USB Port of my Mac. The Download Button will not be enabled . What can I do? (The last 900 dives i could download whiteout problems.)

I need no more answer, it was a connecting problem at the Dongle.
