Right now we are only able to parse out the basic information from Mares Quad Air and the Mares dive computers that are similar to it. What violations are you thinking of?

It *may* be possible to reverse engineer the data format if we had a dump of the dive computer memory and a reference from the Mares PC software to see what it "should" look like. They got rid of their Mac software unfortunately and so we'd have to get a reference from a user who could download it using the PC software. Have you got access to a PC to find out whether or not the information you're looking for is saved/displayed in their own application software? Dive Log Manager/DiveLogDT has the capability of saving a memory dump of the dive computer so it can be sent to us, but unless we know what we're looking for, it can be very hard to find.

Sorry I don't have better news,
Janice

I have a download and can indicate on which dive there was a violation (too fast rise). Do I email the file to support <at> moremobilesoftware <dot> com?

Yes, that is the correct email address.
(And FYI, it was me that edited your post to "disguise" the actual email address so that we don't get more email Spam from bots traversing the web  ).

Can you also send a logbook from Mares' "Dive Organizer" PC Software? That way we can see the "correct" interpretation of the violation? ie: the actual sample number that it is associated with.

And lastly, can you look at the dive profile of that dive on the dive computer itself? Does the violation show up there? Can you send a photo of it?

I can't promise that we'll be able to implement this quickly, but this is the kind of thing we'd need in order to do it.

Thanks,
Janice
