But I can not find a possibility to download the Information from my OSTC+ via Bluetooth
I can not find everything regarding Bluetooth Download
Can you please help me.

Hi Erny,
Sure, happy to help. All the download options are available as in-app purchases within Dive Log (this way users don't have to pay a premium for downloaders that they do not use). In order to purchase the appropriate in-app purchase you need to tap on the "Downloads" tab (which is typically located under the "..." or "More" tab unless you have edited the default order of the tabs). Then tap on the "Store" button and finally the price next to the "OSTC Download" item (you can see the list of supported computers by tapping the "Supported Computers Include" button for any listed in-app purchase). Once you have completed your purchase return to the main "Downloads" tab and you will see a section for OSTC computers.
The next step is to enable Bluetooth on your OSTC+ (use the buttons on the OSTC to navigate to "Settings" then select "Bluetooth Mode". Your OSTC+ will show up in the OSTC section of the Downloads tab. When you see it listed tap on its entry to "pair" the OSTC+" and when the "Download" button on the next screen becomes enabled (turns blue in color), tap on it to initiate the download.
