How to remove Tank 1 from Log entry?

Post by cbrxxrider »

I have a log entry where the diver computer had a second tank listed but it is invalid. How do I remove that additional tank? There is no "-" to remove it.

Hi,

If you have multiple tanks on a dive you can delete the extra tank (in many circumstances) by tapping on the Environment tab (between the details and the tank list) and then click ng the Edit button and then use the "<" and ">" buttons next to the tank to select the one you want to delete and finally tap the "-". If you are not in Edit mode the "+/-" buttons will be disabled.

Note that if you have an additional tank that is used in your profile (in other words DiveLogDT shows tank switches in the profile) you can not remove the tank unless you edit the profile to remove references to that tank. To do this select the "Profile" tab and then "Edit" and then "right-click" (control click or two finger click) on the Profile and select the "Tank Profile Tables". Then select Profile two and edit each sample that uses that tank id (Main tank is "0" and each addition tank is number 1 and up) to a different tank number. Once the tank in question is no longer in the profile you should be able to remove it using the steps above.

I hope that helps.
