NDL/Deco on depth graph?

Post by mrh11 »

Had a question. I have the iPhone version of Dive Log - love it, especially paired with my Shearwater computers (Petrel, Perdix). The graph on the iPhone, in addition to the depth, will show NDL, decompression, PPO2. Am I missing how to have it show on the DiveLog Manager? Or do I need to purchase the DT version to unlock that feature? Also - is there a way on the DT version to add gas changes? Thanks!

Hi,

Yes, in order to see more detail on the profile graph you would need to purchase DiveLogDT. DiveLogManager is not designed to be a full logbook application, but rather a companion to Dive Log on iOS to support backup and some import features that we could not support on iOS. DiveLogDT is a full logbook application and has additional taps that allow you to view and edit all your data. The Profile tab provides all the same features (and a few additional ones) that you have in Dive Log on iPhone.

DiveLogDT's Profile display will also allow you to add tank switches manually (this is not available in Dive Log on iOS). You will first need to add and additional tank to your dive if you don't have one already. Then you can open the Profiles tab and right click (two finger click, control click) on the graph at the point you want to add a manual tank switch and select that option from the menu.

I hope that helps.

Cheers,

Greg
