I generally do all of my dive imports (from Teric) on the iPad Dive Log app and then perform a "Synchronize Dive Log Logbook" function with Dropbox. Then weeks or months later when on the Mac Desktop, I will synchronize from dropbox to get the current log onto the Mac. The Mac application is not seeing/displaying the most recent 2025 log file, it is only showing (from dropbox) log files from 2024? If I look in dropbox natively, the 2025 log files are there . . . .
Dazed and Confused ?
Dropbox Issues
Re: Dropbox Issues
Hi,
Double check the extension on the file (it should be .sql) in the Dropbox native interface. If that is the case, try copying the file (in Finder) to another location and then try to import it in DiveLogDT. the Open panel you see is just a full feature Finder navigation window so you should be able to navigate to any location on your Mac.
I'm not 100% sure what you mean by "dropbox natively", but if you mean the Dropbox app or the web interface, then it is likely that the file has not been transferred to your Mac yet. If you can't see it in the Finder window under Dropbox then that is most likely your situation. You could manually sync Dropbox or try restarting your Mac to get the file to available on your Mac.
Cheers,
Greg
