How do I add the country column to the list of data displayed below the graphs or input dialogue boxes?

We do not allow users to add to or change the list of columns in the Dive List in the bottom view. So there is no way to add "Country". You can see the Country (and City) values for a particular dive in the Summary Tab as well as the Details tab. And of course you can see the list of Countries on the Locations tab.
