Re: downloads
1) What version of the firmware are you running?
2) Do you have a copy of "CobaltAssembly" from Atomic by any chance? Have you tried using that to talk to your Cobalt2?
3) Can you please send to our support email address (support at moremobilesoftware dot com) two files that get created as part of the download process. (First, Quit DiveLogDT so it's not running).
Using Finder, go up to the "Go" menu item and select "Go to Folder ..."
Copy/Paste the entire line below into the popup and click "Go"
~/Library/Containers/com.moremobilesoftware.divelogdt/Data/Library/Application Support/DiveLogDT
The files are:
Atomics-Cobalt.txt
Atomics-Cobalt.xml
We'll take a look at the files and see if we can see what's going on.
Thanks,
Janice

Re: downloads
Hello Janice
I have the Atomic cobalt 2 system. I am experiencing the same issue, in that I cannot download my dives, even though the software download button is pressed. The Atomic Cobalt 2 advises that it is connected. Any advise would be appreciated.

Re: downloads
I've been in contact with Atomic and they have a new version of the firmware for the Cobalt2 that will *hopefully* fix this problem. It's in Beta right now and has not yet been released. It's only needed for those running on a Mac, and obviously, not everyone is running into the problem as many are working just fine.
You can contact them for a copy, or I have a copy of it for people to try out if they want to. If you don't feel comfortable diving with Beta firmware, you *could* install it, then download your dive(s), and then reinstall the previous (released) firmware again to go diving.
Let me know if you have any questions,
Janice

Re: downloads
I have an Atomic Cobalt 2. I have downloaed 16 dives with two remaining to be downloaded. My dive computer shows that it is connected to my laptop (Apple) and the screen on my laptop indicates that the computer is ready to download. When I try to download I am getting an error message that the dives could not be download. Help!!!!
Re: downloads
Could you please email us the files indicated? We'll take a look and see if it's the same problem that the previous posters were seeing.
Thanks,
Janice

Re: downloads
I followed your instructions. It said the folders can't be found.
Re: downloads
Are you using Dive Log Manager and not DiveLogDT by any chance? If so, use this path:I followed your instructions. It said the folders can't be found.
~/Library/Application Support/Dive Log Manager/
If you are using DiveLogDT, then make sure you get all the characters in the path including the squiggle at the beginning.
If you're still having problems finding them, just email us and we'll work it out.
Thanks,
Janice
Re: downloads
You didn't say which application you were using ....
Break it up into pieces. Start by going to just ~/Library
Then in the Finder window, go folder by folder.
If you have DiveLogDT, then go into the folders for it. If you have Dive Log Manager, then go to it's folders. They're different so you need to know which application you're using and pick accordingly from the paths in the previous posts.
Thanks,
Janice
