downloads
Re: downloads
I finally got the files up. Now what do I do?
Re: downloads
Divepro68 and others,
There is a new version of firmware for the Cobalt 2 that will fix these problems. Atomic is in the process of releasing it. Please contact them and ask for version 2.400 or later. If you want a copy sooner than that, feel free to contact us.
Thanks,
Janice

Re: downloads
I have had problems previously downloading dives from my Cobalt 2 to my Mac. I downloaded the updated firmware for the Cobalt 2 and the problem seems to have gone away. Today I attempted to download newer dives but the system won't let me. I select the dives I want to download and the dives just do not download. No error message it just keeps saying select all DC dives you want to download and select download. Nothing happens.
Re: downloads
After selecting the dives in the top panel, did you then click on the "IMPORT" button between the panels?
It is possible that I misunderstood your message, but once you see the dives in the top panel they have all been downloaded from the Cobalt 2 already. What you want to do from that point is add the dives you want to your logbook by clicking on the "IMPORT" button.
Let me know if you are not seeing any dives listed in the top panel after you download. This could point to a different issue. You can try selecting the radio button next to "All Dives" in this case as the download may be stopping early due to the "stop dive" being found already. However, if you have dives listed in the top panel then you have already successfully downloaded them.
Cheers,
Greg
